Interests:

Molecular dynamics simulations and other theoretical and computational techniques for the analysis and modeling of complex polyatomic systems.
Structural, dynamical and functional features of biomolecules. Folding, binding and aggregation properties of proteins.
Computer-aided drug discovery, development, design and selection. Nanomedicine and 'in silico' biopharmaceutics.
