Abstract submission
Research contributions by the participants are welcome for oral or poster presentations. The abstract submission deadline is April 15th 2016.Please, be aware of the fact that you MUST register before submitting your abstract! The abstract submission will not be taken into account if we do not receive before a notification of your payment by the registration system! Even in the case you already registered, you should understand that updating the database of the registered people is performed manually by us, therefore it may require from some minutes to some hours. We strongly advice you to submit your abstract the day after you carried out the registration procedure. We feel very sorry for this inconvenience!
PhD students or Post-Doc fellows who received the ECONOMIC SUPPORT to participate to VLASOVIA 2016 DO NOT NEED to pay the registration fee before submitting their Abstract

Abstracts should be prepared using LaTeX or Microsoft Word. The templates can be downloaded here: Abstracts must fit on one A4 style page. Please create and submit only a pdf file.
