Workshop on Cross-Scale Coupling in Plasmas
Other Science
The proposed Cross-Scale mission targets multi-scale coupling at
collisionless shocks, magnetic reconnection, and turbulence via
multi-point measurements in near-Earth space. The extensive set of
instrumentation and multi-point perspective may also provide
opportunities for other scientific investigations. These could include
the investigation of other physical processes as well as combinations
of data from other space missions and/or ground-based instrumentation.
This session will provide a forum for the discussion of complementary
missions and facilities, and additional science topics, to which the
Cross-Scale data could contribute.
