Instructions for Invited Speakers

Dear Invited Speaker,
You are kindly asked to:

1) Submit the abstract of your contribution using the Abstract Form

2) Fill in the Hotel Reservation Form. Keep in mind that transfers to and from the Hotel are organised only by the Hotel; personal taxi or other transfer arrangements not organised through the Hotel will not be reimbursed. Finally, mark that you are an Invited Speaker. Fax the filled PDF form to Prof. Umeton.

3) Fill in the Registration Form accordingly to the agreement you have reached with the Conference Chair and fax the filled form to Prof. Umeton.
